What Goes Into a Theater That Actually Works
A great home theater isn't a big TV and a soundbar. It's a room designed around where people sit and how sound travels. We start with the seating — how many people, how far from the screen — and work backward to screen size, speaker placement, and acoustic treatment. Get the geometry right and a 5.1 system (five speakers, one subwoofer) sounds better than a poorly placed 7.1. Get it wrong and no amount of expensive gear fixes it. Every speaker gets placed to the inch, calibrated to the room, and hidden so the space still looks like a room you actually want to be in.
Dedicated Theater or Media Room?
Not everyone wants a blacked-out cinema. A dedicated theater — tiered seating, a projector, controlled lighting — is the full experience for people who take movie nights seriously. A media room does double duty: great picture and sound for game day, but still a place the kids hang out and you host friends. We'll walk your space and tell you straight which one fits how your family actually lives, and what each costs. What we won't do is sell you a dream theater on a soundbar budget — if the numbers don't work, we'll say so and design something that actually delivers.
