Services

Vision Core Technologies provides home theater installation, home audio systems, security camera installation, LED wall rentals, and related technology services. All services are subject to a consultation and written proposal before work begins.

Estimates & Payment

All project estimates are provided after consultation and are valid for 30 days. Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. We reserve the right to modify pricing for scope changes agreed upon during a project.

Warranty

We stand behind our work. Installation labor is warranted for one year from completion. Equipment warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and vary by product.

Limitation of Liability

Vision Core Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or installed equipment. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Cancellation

Projects may be cancelled prior to the start of installation with written notice. Deposits may be non-refundable for custom-ordered equipment. Cancellation terms are detailed in individual project proposals.

Third-Party Products

Equipment and products installed by Vision Core Technologies are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. We assist with warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer defects or product discontinuation.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hamilton County, Tennessee.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
